Carol Vickers BA Hons PGD

Chief Executive Officer

Coming from a background in health and social care it was a natural transition for Carol to open a domiciliary care business. Carol successfully owned and operated this business for 15 years; she developed and grew the business through a programme of acquisition and extensive tender bids before managing the successful sale of the business. In 2009 she decided to sell the business to enable her to support her falling father’s health, thankfully he recovered.

In September 2012 Evolving Care was opened. Carol has over 30 years’ experience in health and social care, and brings a wealth of professional talent to the company.

James Vickers

Head of Training and Workforce Development

James ensures staff undertake and complete all appropriate Training and Development Courses appertaining to their duties within our Company. He has over 12 years experience within health & social care and is committed to ensuring health care workers and care workers are capable, confident and skilled when delivering services to the community.

Anne Porter

Operations Manager

An experienced operator Anne brings a wealth of expertise to Evolving Care; with over 25 years’ experience in social care her commitment, compassion and drive are outstanding. Working in both medium and large organisations Anne’s knowledge and insight to the industry is exceptional

Paul Woodvine

Finance Manager

Paul leads the finance department and provides a valuable and realistic approach to the business. He is highly motivated and passionate about customer care. Previously working in a multi-national company, Pauls experience and insight to the industry has been invaluable.

Suzanne Bottomley

Financial Controller

Member of the AAT, Suzanne’s experience spans over 10 years’ experience both in practise and industry which is complemented by formal qualifications.

Suzanne is a highly motivated, confident account manager with exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills; she has extensive experience of identifying the needs of customers. Suzanne possesses a significant record of achievement in account management and is able to quickly understand the mission, vision and values of an organisation.
